Disappointed by the approach at Ideal Dental I initially thought Ideal Dental was very thorough, when I started with them 2 years ago, but over time I’ve realized their focus seems more on generating revenue than providing genuine preventative care. The visit always results in the dentist eager to do some work that is not always necessary. They always want to get started that day, which indicates they don’t want you to think about it too long. So first I will say that I am terrified of the dentist. Second I had a bad experience about 15 years ago that left me with near crippling anxiety. I panic, hyperventilate and white knuckle the chair. But I have to say, this was an awesome trip to the dentist. My dental assistant Bri, was amazing. She let me squeeze her hand and I'm sure I may have left bruises but she was my life line. Thank you so much for the stellar care. And again, I'm so sorry if I was difficult, your patience with me means everything.
I had a great experience here! This was the most pain-free cleaning i have ever had. There is great technology, and I feel happy with the work that was done. I felt cared about and everyone was so sweet. I wish things were explained a little better to me, but other than that, great experience!
McKenzie presented me with great service and hospitality. I love the efficiency of quality and service from the whole team including Dr. Tran. She was amazing and I hardly felt anything. Definitely recommend Ideal Dental!
