The staff are amazing and friendly. Helped me figure out my insurance. And they were able to fit me in the next day!
Ideal Dental has been fantastic. I have had more than my fair share of bad experiences at dentists, but Ideal Dental has been amazingly kind while getting me back on track for my dental care. From the front desk to being back in the chair, everyone is pleasant and makes me feel comfortable and at ease! I highly highly recommend coming here for your dental treatment!
If I could give it a negative star I would, I just walked out of their office the receptionist girl is the rudest person, some of the worst customer service, the girl that took my X-rays she’s awesome, I talked to Lisa Tran and she didn’t seem to care even dough she was right behind us and heard everything. What a bad experience
Unfortunately, my billing experience has ruined my opinion of Ideal Dental. About a year and a half ago I had to get two emergency root canals. They went well, ran through their insurance and we paid the rest. Next visit was x-rays and another visit for deep cleaning. I had my own dental insurance, they ran it through, everything was fine. I needed another two root canals, got them done, paid my portion, and thought we were good to go. Then I got a bill.
