Everyone is nice and professional, def will recommend. I was treated by dr Karol, very professional. Prices for treatments are not crazy high.
🚨🚨🚨When you walk in they say exam, x-ray and cleaning for $75. People look at it yes cheap but please don’t go to a cooperative office. $75 dollar is not enough for the office to pay the dentist or the staff how can cooperate office make money? I need Dr. Pat to be more thorough...I had invisalign (unnecessarily) for 11 months...the teeth I wanted straighten were straight in 3 months...now after 11 months my back teeth don't touch. Dr. Pat didn't care and ordered my retainer and told me to wear my last tray for 2 more weeks and "promised" my back teeth would touch. They don't and I pick up my retainer Friday morning. Quoted $2,100 for a “deep” cleaning after insurance! This place is awful; before anyone had even looked at my teeth they were pushing financing options and payment plans? Bedside manner from the staff was rude, the appointment felt like they were scolding me and trying to force me into signing a document with the $2,100 quote. SCAM DONT GO. They changed my appointment at the last minute, so I couldn't cancel and still took over half an hour to get to me. Usually when you first go to a dentist they do your cleaning first. This place NOPE they looked at my teeth for a good 30 seconds said I have multiple cavities and gingivitis and that I needed to spend an additional $800 on top of my insurance. I floss, mouthwash, and brush my teeth twice a day. I visited my other dentist 6 months ago and no cavities. They refused to do any cleaning unless I paid.... read more
