They kept pushing my braces off instead of doing their job to remove them after having them for 5 YEARS. incompetence at its finest.
Had an awful experience at Ideal Dental and I will never be coming back. I went in with a terrible toothache and chose this place because they said they were in network with my insurance and could get me in quickly. At the appointment, they told me I needed an extraction. What they didn’t disclose was that they were also planning to do an unnecessary bone graft something I absolutely would have declined if I’d known. Someone rushed in with paperwork for me to sign, vaguely saying they’d bill insurance, but didn’t explain any... read more
Great experience! Staff was extremely helpful with handling paperwork, hearing my family's needs, and all that stuff that can be a drag. Then doctor and everyone else behind the door were just as incredible. Explaining everything in detail all while being gental and very caring. I definitely will recommend people!
