Experience was great!
I am always nervous before going to a dentist appointment , as most people are . I have to say however that every time I go to Ideal Dentistry , I never experience pain or discomfort. Everyone that works here in their Webster office are so pleasant and kind. I walk out smiling and grateful.
A deep cleaning was RECOMMENDED to me a while back but I declined and they would not even see me again for a check up or regular cleaning unless I did the deep cleaning costing nearly $600 with insurance. Since when is a deep cleaning a REQUIREMENT in order to see the dentist?!?! I told them I am taking my business elsewhere and they didn’t care.
It was a very pleasant n peaceful experience from greeting me in to explaining everything that was going to be done, making sure I was comfortable . I was more then satisfied with my experience thank you guys for being amazing in taking care of me n my needs .AC
