Very friendly staff very helpful!!!
I'm giving one star because the system doesn't allow zero stars. This place definitely treats patients like just another number. The service is terrible. They make excuses just to get money from you. They give you the prescription, and when you get to the pharmacy to get the medicine, they tell you they can't sell it to you because the doctor's signature is missing. Run away from here. They don't care about you as a patient; they just want your money.
Everybody there was more than pleasant. The place is clean and they made me feel very comfortable.
Had a tooth that had bothered me. Ideal was quick and friendly. Had an appointment the next day . The tooth I thought was giving me problems turned out to not be the tooth but I chose to have both extracted. Both teeth were removed and it has now been over 24 hours and it was easy and comfortable afterwards. I would highly recommend. Everyone was wonderful and concerned for my comfort.
Staff was reasonable. I had to wait 25 minutes to be taken to a dental chair and finally stood just outside the front door to try and warm up. The office temperature was COLD and I had to ask for two blankets to try not to shiver. Had one filling done and she said we could wait 5 minutes to do the other side. I waited 35 min. for her to return to finish. The guy in the next bay brought his pet and talked to the dog the entire time. This was not an emotional support animal.
