The experience is exhausting. All staff are very friendly .My biggest complaint is waiting time ,every time I go there at least half hour outside ,then they take you inside , they will let you wait for a few minutes but actually another half hour ... today one and half hour waiting just need 5 min conversation , done . This is crazy .
My experience at Ideal Dental has been Phenomenal. They explain everything to you in detail and all the staff members are very knowledgeable. The environment is very warm and welcoming.
They numbed a different area but injected the needle in a completely different spot. So. Much. Pain.
This dental office helped me out so much from the reception to the doctor. They are all so friendly and help with everything that was going on with my teeth.
