My experience at this dental office was unsatisfactory. I underwent a root canal procedure here in 2022, and the dentist, Dr. Ayash, exhibited a lack of consideration for my pain tolerance. Her dental procedures were quite rough and aggressive. During the root canal, I experienced bleeding, but she proceeded to crown the tooth with a Zirconia crown. Despite this, I have been experiencing persistent bleeding from the root canal tooth even to this day, in 2025. Every time I floss the affected tooth, I find blood on my floss. T... read more
I would not recommend this dental office to anyone. Dr. Ayyash seems more focused on the volume of patients she can see rather than the quality of care she provides. My experience has been completely traumatizing, particularly due to the unprofessional behavior of the office manager, Tiffany. Her lack of ethics and customer service raises serious concerns about how Ideal Dental has chosen to staff their management.
