The entire staff is kind, attentive and knowledgeable!
Office staff and hygienists were great! I went in for a routine cleaning, as I do every six months, but this was my first visit to this office since moving. Unfortunately, after I declined some recommended services because I wanted to get a second opinion (especially since I’ve never had anything but great reports from my previous dentists), the rest of my appointment felt very rushed and lacked the same level of care. Ideal Dental is castle hills is great. Everyone on the front desk team is kind and helpful. Dr Ayyash is so nice and listened to my concerns offering multiple accesible next steps. Tori, her assistant, is so kind and helpful too. Highly recommend!
Such awesome people who truly care about you. I'm very grateful for how they are supportive, answer questions, and do a great job cleaning my teeth and keeping my mouth healthy.
