Overall great experience. Jay is very patient Edit: Very frustrating experience about billing & contact. I asked for a general, yearly examination and provided my dental insurance. They did cleaning and imaging of my teeth and said i need a night guard. They told me all i need to pay is $90. All good. Two weeks later, i received additional billing of $180. I was not very happy with this place. The person who did my cleaning was not very gentle and couldn’t even floss one of my teeth. Then the dentist started working on one of my teeth while I was choking and didn’t even wait for me to feel better. I’ve been to multiple places, and this has never happened to me before. I only came here because it’s close to my job, but if I had a choice, I wouldn’t come back.
Dr. Shah was very friendly and professional. No pushing extra costs. She identified where fillings were needed and was able to do them during the same visit.
