$1500 for x-rays. Dentist is moppy and he's young so that's disturbing. Techs are okay, I guess. Receptionist is more lost than Waldo. Professionalism is not here. Small, hot and under staffed. They will ask to reschedule you if you get in between there lunch. We're all adults, let's act like it.

Worst business place. When the Dentist and his assistant were doing my filling they were talking about how she went to a 1 year old birthday party at a bar while in my mouth! And the receptionist talks to you like you’re stupid.

I want to start by saying your staff is genuinely friendly and I do appreciate that. But I do need to be honest about my experience with the actual cleanings. Over my two visits, my teeth were never flossed. I also brought up that I had some buildup and both the hygienist and the dentist noticed it too, but it still was not taken care of. I made it pretty clear both times that getting a proper cleaning was the whole reason I was there. Went on Saturday the11th of April had bad toothache and was told they would first have add doc to insurance where as humana says he is approved doc staff said would call and said they were waiting on fax once fax came staff i was good to go spent 2 hours getting xray doc said I needed a bunch of work my concerns was toothache which he said needed pulling i said let's do that an give estimate on the rest an will come back for rest he said but staff came back and said I would have to wait till Monday cause I had not called my ... read more
