My son had a severe toothache however his regular dentist did not have any openings. I called Ideal Brooks City location and they saw him same day, right away. The doctor and staff were all very patient, understanding, and kind. Great dentist practice.
If you call to make an appt they say someone else will call you to make an appointment and 2 days later still nobody has called. Completely unprofessional
