I cannot recommend this team enough! All the way from the front reception Kev, to the assistant Nadia, to the wonderfully attentive and professional Dr. Hails, I felt like my concerns and issues were addressed and properly taken care of! Dr.Hails helped to correct past denistry pain and issues I've had with my teeth and now I'm on a track to a painless mouth! The level of professionalism, attention to detail and level of concern for me was stellar! 10/10

I’ve had very positive experiences here so far. I’ve been in twice, and both visits were thorough and reassuring. Dr. Hails takes the time to explain and show what needs to be done, why it’s necessary, and what we can work toward over time to improve things further. I never feel rushed, and I always leave understanding my treatment plan. The office has also been persistent in working with my insurance. They’ve submitted a prior authorization multiple times rather than giving up after the first denial, which I really apprecia... read more
