I had a great experience with ideal dental, everyone I spoke with was very nice and friendly, and the dentist was great. My insurance ended up not paying what was expected and ideal dental worked with me on this and took care of the balance for me entirely. Overall great experience!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was no waiting and great service. Good with children as well!
Staff was polite and professional. Went for a routine exam and cleaning. Took pictures and x-ray. Advised that teeth cleaning would not be covered by my insurance. Received a detailed cost analysis totaling more than $2,000. Office manager told me I didn't have very good dental insurance with BCBS. Left the building immediately.
