WARNING! They do NOT Pay their sub contractor. I was hired to do a full floor demolition help install tile over two months ago and have not been paid for my work. Adding insult to injury, I was repeatedly told that the check was in the mail to no avail. The last time I was able to get Tim on the phone, he told me that he was on his way to meet me but he never showed up. Ideal construction Is the best flooring company. Their customer service is top notch. Not only did they get me the best price but the personal communication. Is the best. Kristy kept me in touch every in of the way, Love my new floors they installed on time and wanted to make sure I loved them. You will not be disappointed with this company I give them a five star rating. Thank you Kristy for all your help and great customer service, I would refer this company in a heart beat.
