If your AC is not working...DO NOT CALL THIS Company. My AC went out and when we went through our home warranty program, they set up a WO with a 24-Hour guarantee to call back. Well, they didn't call so, I called them to schedule. The man who answered which I assume is the owner, vey abruptly told me and I quote "Well, your gonna have to wait at least a week and a half".
