I wish the 5 star employees had been there the day I was scheduled. The front desk was not friendly or inviting (dark haired lady especially). Noone had a smile on their face. I was new and I suppose I do not meet their expectations. I felt very judged. I am overweight because I lost my husband, but I did not feel comfortable enough to share that. They made me feel worst about myself. I really needed empathy that day. I will never go back there.
