Awful experience - STAY AWAY - CHOP SHOP - Will was the Sales manager at the time of my purchase, now it is Mark as Will no longer works there. I purchased a 2014 BMW X3 and had noticed a pool of water in the back. I made them aware after my test drive and we assured it would be taken care of. I went back to get the vehicle 3 days later and after having it for less then a week, after a couple rainy days the pool was back. I called and notified them that they had not fixed the leak. Working with William at Ideal Cars was a positive experience. Great communication - returned my emails very quickly with complete answers to my questions. Ideal Cars was over an hour away from home so being able to handle everything in a couple of hours in one afternoon a huge relief.

Spoke to William over the phone for about a week before driving from Maryland to buy the truck I wanted. Once getting to IdealCars, it was an easy breezy 1.5 hours until the keys were in my hands. After seeing some erosion on the battery, they had no problem giving me a brand new one for free. William was easy to negotiate with, and very honest about extended warranties, interest, etc. Amazing deal, amazing service!!

I want to say a big Thankyou to William and Rafael, for a great afternoon buying a car. Ideal Cars USA has a great mix of cars that anyone who knows what they want, will drive off the lot Very Happy and feeling good about the experience. When you can sit down in the office, go over numbers, with no Pressure; I call that the way to buy a Car or Truck. Gentlemen and Ladies, keep up the Great Work!!!!
