Purchased a 2012 Chevrolet traverse for 9k from these folks back in May 2025. Car broke down before I even got home. Took 2hrs for them to get a tow truck to tow it back. Took 7 days for them to say it was ready. Drove back to Phoenix to pick it up. Didn't make it home again. Called several times and they kept hanging up on me. So I paid $400 to get it towed home.
