This company is the WORST EVER. I bought a car that already had a bad transmission so they gave me a warranty but didn't pay for it in time so the claim was denied. Now I have to make payments, twice as much as agreed, for a car dead in the driver. I saw one of the managers drunk at the bar and she told me it happens a lot. She said the owner buys cars with bad engines or trans cheap to have the warranty fix them later. She told me all about the shady tricks they play at the main location.

My 18yr old son and I bought a car from this dealership and although the staff was good and the process was fast the car was not. It test drove ok and they fixed the light for the blinker there were several problems with the car. First and most importantly there were hardley any front brakes and a chunk of the roater that as missing. The brake fluid was old and dark. There were leaks. Live an hour away but saw a car i liked. Test drove. Came in with my own financing and they still chose to run my credit 3x without asking. Car had issues after taking it on ride home. Got half way home and caution light came on. Stopped at autozone and it pulled a transmission code. This hapoened everytime i picked it up from being fixed. Brought it back nxt day and they stated that it coded due to tranny fluid level. Wrong. Huge mark up via "fees" ($2000+) A lot of little hidden issues like a rear window wouldn't roll down, broken glovebox, no discount offered. Made me wait for over 45 minutes to give me the estimate after taxes & fees when I had cash in hand they weren't concerned about me - they want people who are financing so they can tack on their unbelievably high interest rates. Every possible used car lot stereotype applies here. Looks nice but it's just a good looking scam.
