Shelly Guy is incredible -I don’t even know where to begin. Shelly is conscientious, caring, totally on the details, warm, fun-loving, the list goes on. She honestly deserves to get paid 10 times what she does. Ideal Caregivers 4u has a real talent in Shelly – I don’t know where I would be without her. She makes it possible for me to have total peace of mind knowing my mother is getting the very best of care. She spots problems before they arise, she solves them, she’s just amazing in every way.
Fast response, when I needed it, which was same day. Agusto was wonderful with my husband, and the IC4U team was fast, caring and responsive. Just enough paperwork to be responsible, but not so much or so complicated that you can't get it done when your mind is on too many things at once. I hope I don't have the need for their help again, but if I do, I'll call these folks.
