I contacted Idealcaregivers 4U on the recommendation of the Retirement Residence where my cousin resides. I needed someone to stay with her following dental surgery. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They inquired about her special needs, interests and developed a care plan for her. I can’t say enough about Ideal Caregivers 4U! During an emergency when no one was immediately available, Nancy the owner and CEO herself personally stepped in to care for my mom. Shelly Guy is incredible -I don’t even know where to begin. Shelly is conscientious, caring, totally on the details, warm, fun-loving, the list goes on. She honestly deserves to get paid 10 times what she does. Ideal Caregivers 4u has a real talent in Shelly – I don’t know where I would be without her. Fast response, when I needed it, which was same day. Agusto was wonderful with my husband, and the IC4U team was fast, caring and responsive. Just enough paperwork to be responsible, but not so much or so complicated that you can't get it done when your mind is on too many things at once. I hope I don't have the need for their help again, but if I do, I'll call these folks.
