I can see the reasons they are successful. They have a team of highly qualified people. Since they have a team, they've also been able to grow their business and employ the best caregivers. They match the right caregiver to each situation and respond quickly to necessary changes in caregiving.
I cannot emphasize how fabulous this company was for us. I dealt with James and what I can tell you is that he was compassionate, professional and organized. Within 2 hours he was able to coordinate everything we needed and they were able to start that night. In a time when a family is stressed and grieving, there was no one that helped us more. I would highly recommend them!
He is informative, down to earth, kind a great listener and no pressure. He is available for text messaging when he is not driving. He simply loves home care and working with clients. They have a larger than typical pool of employees who receive benefits. Unfortunately they are quite firm with price. If we had ample long term care insurance we would for sure used then.
My mother was in a nursing home for rehab temporarily and somebody there recommended Ideal Home Care and I just went with that. I didn't do a whole lot of comparison shopping. I just went with the recommendation. My mom didn't really need a lot of assistance. She's basically at risk for falling so she needs someone there to watch her just in case she would fall. I am compelled to take a few minutes out of my chaotic and unpredictable day, to express my deepest gratitude for Shante or as I like to refer to her, "Our Angel of Mercy". There's no way we could have prepared for this- our Mother's journey...While watering her garden in late November she fell and broke her hip.
