Flexible options and great guidance, they gave me great insights on how to value properties and what to look for for which i am forever grateful!

I wish I could give zero stars. Ideal Capital Solutions (ICS) is anything but "ideal." It is the sorriest excuse of a business I have ever encountered. In February 2021, I applied for a portfolio cash-out refinance and paid a fee to ICS to organize funding for my transaction, as it had some uniquities.
