Very unprofessional. They were at the home next door to us. An hour later I get a call from a disrespectful customer service girl stating that the replacement piece I'd already waited a month for has arrived and that I'd need to wait a little over another month to get it installed. Company also refuses to work around your schedule to fix the mistakes (damage) they made during installation. Do not reccomend. Update: A month later, they still haven't fixed the damage.
