In and Out Service Thank goodness for a dealership that is willing to work with their customers. We bought my husbands car from Ideal and they were so accommodating. We went in one night, picked out the car and then left to go home (leaving them to fill out the paperwork). We came in the next night to sign the papers and write the check and we drove off in our new car. We were so happy that a dealership didn't keep us in their offices all day in order to haggle. Great Service, Very Resonable! I Want to give the Service Department at Ideal Buick, Frederick We came in with our dash light on, with a repair estimate from another GM facitlity. They had the part and the repair done in less than 2 hours, and I saved about 500. off my repair estimate from the other dealer. My mechanic couldnt figure it out. Ideal restored my confidence in the dealer and I will be back to see them again. I give them all High Fives , and we are very happy with how our car runs....I will definately return!

STAY AWAY SERVICE STINKS. I had a problem with my pontiac and had it towed to Ideal. After the work was finished I was informed my extended warranty would not cover the work. After talking to the GM extended warranty people they said covering the work was up to the dealership. After talking to the service manager I was questioned "did you buy the car from us?" I responded "no"; "do you have the car serviced with us?" I responded I do the service such as oil changes myself. They responded "If we dont pay it we are not losing ... read more

good service I have had to take my car in for warrenty service a number of times with my young children in tow. They have a great waiting area with free coffee and popcorn and comffy charis and a tv. They even gave my son the biggest balloon I had ever seen. His sister who was a t school was mad she didn't get to sit and wait as well.
