Took my wedding to be cleaned because my daughter wanted to wear it and it had bad water damage to it and we got it back looking like a new dress
Brought in a vintage (nearly 75 year old) dress for cleaning & refreshing. It took a few weeks, but came out beautifully. Even crush marks from years ago disappeared. Highly recommend.
Do NOT get your wedding dress dry cleaned here. Left my dress with Ideal Bridal on 7/29/25 with an anticipated pick up date of 9/9/25. They told me they would call when it was ready. A few days after the expected pick up, I still had not received a call, so I reached out myself. They told me the dress needed to go for more cleaning (which was odd-- the dress was not extremely dirty, and had no exposure to rain, the elements, and had only been outside briefly on a sidewalk) and that they would call when it was done. I had the best experience here at Ideal Bridal! I wasn't sure where to start when looking for a wedding dress and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Hazel has an amazing selection of dresses at her store and her ability to tailor it to exactly what I needed is remarkable. She was professional, always on time, communicative and did beautiful work. I recommend this store to anyone who doesn't know where to start with dress shopping - not only wedding gowns but bridesmaid, mother of bride, prom, etc. Thank you Hazel!
