Good experience with studio the first time. That’s the reason for two stars. This time, though, was a huge was of my time and money. I booked two slots (one at 10 and one at 1030), and at 1025 I left because “they were still on their way”. Had to ask them to cancel so I wouldn’t be charged and got no apology or anything. Just an “okay we canceled them”. Unprofessional and I’m the one that spent money for parking, carving out my time, making sure someone could watch my baby and got there on time.
