Maria is the best! I went to her in 2012 and reached my goal weight on Ideal Protein diet. She was super supportive, knowledgeable about diet/recipes/tips to stay in ketosis, took measurements, had the fancy scale and cheered me along the way. I personally need to do the physical check in to stay accountable, this works for me to stay on track and keep going until I reach my goal.
