Manager, JJ, is helpful. Decent size spots. Secure Price is comparable, just remember you are in the Bay Area. Nothing ever seems to be CHEAP.
I've been keeping our trailer here for 7 years. Just recently had to start paying more, but its still cheap compared to everywhere else I've found. I left the Alameda Fairgrounds RV storage after it went up 3 years in a row and I was asked to pay $85 a month for my small space to store my popup trailer. Most people did. I'm now still only paying $80 for my 23 foot trailer now even after the recent rate increase. In 7 years, I was subject to 1 rate increase.
