Would rate less than 1 star if possible. Our bathroom was completed towards the end of 2023, communication was an huge issue throughout the process. By April of 2024 we had cracks appear in 3 wall tiles, we advised and after multiple contacts we had a team member on site in August 2024. Again multiple contacts were made and in November we were advised it would be rectified by Christmas 2024. We contacted Jason again in the new year of 2025 for an update with no response. Far from ideal. We were told it would be a 3 week build. Despite promises of finish dates, reasons for the lengthy delays, 4+ months showering in an outside laundry over winter (house of 4 people) after 8 months we still have not had our work completed (bathroom and laundry) and have had to seek outside tradesmen to finish and tidy their work. We had a disappointing experience with Ideal Bathrooms. From last minute delays to an unfinished look with holes in the wall, drill dust and uneven bathroom hooks – this is not the bathroom we had hoped to show off to our friends and family. What we were particularly upset by: • Unmet expectations in terms of the delayed delivery of the bathroom. The proposed turnaround time for the scoped works was 3-4 weeks. Jason and his team did our bathroom renovation. Martin at Ideal tiles helped with the tile selection. With such a great range we were overwhelmed, but, Martin pointed us in the right direction .The demolition and construction team were great! Special thanks to Caleb and Cameron, nothing was too much trouble, and Seb and his co-worker, the tilers, did a fantastic job. Had Jason and his team fix a leaky ensuite in a 90s strata apartment. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship from his team and have chosen to use Ideal Bathrooms again for my laundry and main bathroom. Yes there is a wait but I can ensure you the quality you receive is worth the couple of weeks.
