I had an ultrasound done in October and the report stated they would like me to follow up in 6 months. I called for my follow up requisition in March so that I could book my ultrasound for April. I was told that I would receive it by email and it’s going on 4 weeks. The same goes for a custom orthotics, that my doctor just needs to sign. This review is not for the doctors. My husband, my children, and I genuinely love our family doctor. This is specifically for the receptionist at Ideal Wellness. The experience was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude from the moment we called, giving attitude over basic questions. When we tried to reschedule, she repeatedly left long, awkward silences on the phone. One of the doctors is taking new patients!!! So lucky we found this clinic and doctor. Everything is very clean. The staff is kind, professional, and explained everything very well. Dr. Akbari is very knowledgeable. My husband and I are incredibly grateful that he is willing to take us in as his patients. Highly recommend this clinic and this doctor.
