This review is not for the doctors. My husband, my children, and I genuinely love our family doctor. This is specifically for the receptionist at Ideal Wellness. The experience was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude from the moment we called, giving attitude over basic questions. When we tried to reschedule, she repeatedly left long, awkward silences on the phone. When I asked, “Hi, are you still there?” she snapped, “Yes, I’m just looking at my screen,” with a tone that was incredibly rude. I was honestly sh... read more
One of the doctors is taking new patients!!! So lucky we found this clinic and doctor. Everything is very clean. The staff is kind, professional, and explained everything very well. Dr. Akbari is very knowledgeable. My husband and I are incredibly grateful that he is willing to take us in as his patients. Highly recommend this clinic and this doctor.
If you are misfortunate enough to have a doctor working at ideal wellness, here's a brief foray of what's in store: There's no way to book online, and the reception will not call you back, so you need to call them while you're probably at work (but not on your lunch, that's when they're on lunch). When you get the appointment, you might be lucky enough to be paired with Dr. Garbawi. Very poor reception service. They do not answer the phone, and it is impossible to make or cancel an appointment without a very long waiting time.
