**UPDATE: This business literally doubled their prices. The price for a kids haircut is now $40. I am very disappointed that I was not told this before they started cutting my child’s hair, especially since they recognized us (we’ve been going here for years) While a gradual price increase would be understandable, a sudden 100% price increase is unacceptable and we will no longer be going here for haircuts unless the prices are changed to a more reasonable price. we really liked this barber, its too bad they did this. Definitely not cheap haircut. I was so upset when they charged $40.00 for a buzz cut!!! Never going back there.

This place was truly awesome a hidden gem make sure you speak up whenever you're talking to them not to be rude but they are harder of hearing they are excellent barbers will be going back

My son turned 2 years old last week and he was in bad need of a haircut. Harvey was so patient and good with him. He showed him all the tools and included him in the process. We left the barber shop with my son wanting to go back because he had so much fun. The haircut is immaculate too. I have no idea how Harvey make his hair look so good with how my son was moving around. But he did. We’ve taken him before to the places in Austin made specifically for kids, and Ideal Barber Shop was a significantly better experience. 10/10... read more
