UPDATE: It took 11 months to get the car I purchased registered in my name from this place. Bought the car in August of 2024, registration issued in July of 2025. Nightmare. I’d advise against making a purchase here. ALSO: Their reply to my review came in October 2025. They left no contact information, only a nondescript and vague “customer service team”, so I’m assuming that just means to contact the dealership, who I tried to work all of this out with for months until I had to hire a lawyer. Classic bait and switch by management! beware before you buy! I experienced deceptive and predatory sales practices at this dealership, led by Kevin Yang (General Manager). I was told via text that my financing for a 2017 540i BMW was approved with $1,500 down and with the agreement to trade in my 2020 Honda Civic. Still dealling with these scammers after 2 months for a car I paid cash for. I live out of state and they had a car I wanted so I got connected with Enrique (who was just arrested for fraud on another customer). The car had catastrophic failure on one of the main components within 100 miles of driving, warranty said they wouldn't cover it because they could prove it wasn't from my driving they also said it looked like the engine light had been reset. It took me two weeks looking for the right car and I couldn’t find one until I met cc the financial manager she helped me to select the right car and the right finance getting the lowest Apr . I do recommend if you go there ask for CC she is the best . Thank you ideal auto
It's been four months and my girlfriend still hasn't gotten her license plate from the DMV. The temp plates have been expired for a month and counting and they gave her replacement printer paper temps when the first set of paper got severly weathered. She had to fight to get them to reprint it just so she could have something on the car to avoid getting pulled over.
