Josh Whicker made buying a car a simple process. I loved how transparent he was with everything that Ideal offers. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to start building/ re-building their credit. Also Heather and Michelle was super helpful as well. Go see them if your are in the market for a "new" Car.
Terrible would not recommend that they lie about everything. They give you hidden fees my truck has broken down three times and I haven't even owned it for a month the front hood adjust came on, Donna this evening, slamming up into the window, destroying the glass. Destroying the hood and all the brackets i would never do business with them again i would recommend you don't either scammers and cheats Jay was my salesman and to be honest he wasn't good he just lied a lot that's all I have to say
They were very helpful with getting my daughter into a good running vehicle before she leaves for college!! She got the exact vehicle she wanted also They were very patient while I got everything together to purchase vehicle!!! Thank you Josh and heather for being so helpful we appreciate it and will be back in the future!!!
Josh & the ladies in the back were GREAT!!! A little nervous not knowing what to expect but Josh took out the time to explain absolutely everything and made sure I had good understanding of the warranty, their gap coverage, etc. Very please with my experience at Ideal Thank You and I love the car!!
