My experience with this car dealership was average overall. The staff were polite and provided useful information about different cars and pricing options. I appreciated the chance to test drive and compare models before making a decision. However, the paperwork and delivery process took longer than expected, and updates were not always timely. The car itself was in good condition and matched the description. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement in communication and speed.
Staff was friendly and professional and they did a very good job of making sure that my car was good fixed and gave me a rental when I needed it.
It took a little time but the salesman, Joshua, was very helpful. We left that day with the car we wanted.
