I want to give a big shout out to John Wicker for an awesome experience with getting me a vehicle. He is most definitely great at what he does and I highly recommend stopping if you are looking for a great vehicle.
I talked to Josh Whitaker ideal on Thursday about my situation and needing a vehicle he was very helpful we scheduled an appointment for the very next day (Friday) and he got me right into a vehicle that day he was very caring kind and understanding in all of my life anytime I went to get a vehicle I never really got what I wanted I was given a choice between 2 and 3 vehicles and had to settle at ideal josh asked me what vehicle I was interested in and went above and beyond to help me get into that vehicle and now I finally ... read more

Josh Whicker made buying a car a simple process. I loved how transparent he was with everything that Ideal offers. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to start building/ re-building their credit. Also Heather and Michelle was super helpful as well. Go see them if your are in the market for a "new" Car.
Terrible would not recommend that they lie about everything. They give you hidden fees my truck has broken down three times and I haven't even owned it for a month the front hood adjust came on, Donna this evening, slamming up into the window, destroying the glass. Destroying the hood and all the brackets i would never do business with them again i would recommend you don't either scammers and cheats Jay was my salesman and to be honest he wasn't good he just lied a lot that's all I have to say
