Excellent customer service and superb work!
After getting two successful estimates in Hollywood, went to Ideal for a third estimate, for minor damage. The employee Mike went to my vehicle and then began to argue with me telling me that getting an estimate was a waste time. He proceeded to tell me what I should do to take care of the problem with the insurance company. I believed that since the damage was minor that my business was not worth his companies time. So, much for customer service or free estimates from this shop.
Had my car repaired after auto accident Everything was handled professionally from the minute my car arrived there until I picked it up. My car looks perfect like it was never in an accident Thanks again to Mike Pierro and his crew!
