Prior good experience with Ideal window screens led me to requesting a quote for a new metal roof.I made a call last Friday and was told an agent would inspect my home Monday (yesterday 8/21). It was a no-show/no-call day for Ideal Aluminum. When I called the office today, a fellow told me he "had no idea about any appointment". I said forget it.......My review title says the rest, except adding,... that I see the web site as rather inadequate and Ideal should stick to window screens!!Charles Finnegan
I contacted Ideal Aluminum for a quote on aluminum storm shutters for my home. They responded very quickly and I was impressed on how they worked around my work schedule so I could be there to ask questions. When I decided to have them do the job, I was contacted quickly and the shutters were ordered. I have family members in Port Lavaca that have had the same good experience with them. A little pricey, but I feel well worth it.
