I got Mike's name from the Nextdoor website. My neighbors loved him. My first experience with him was exceptional! My second experience was a tune up. Lennox A/C from when built house 4-27-2012 finally bit the dust after 13 years of care by Mike Maestas of Ideal Air. I have always got him to perform preventative maintenance twice per year every yr (Spring & Fall) to keep my equipment functioning at top performance without surprises during the year. I was driving on highway 75 southbound and one of the drivers from this company crossed 3 lanes and almost sideswiped me to reach his exit. If i hadn’t been such an attentive driver I would’ve hit the wall. very disappointing seeing company cars driving as irresponsibly as this. A situation like this would've costed the company thousands. Please beware of who you hire and who you allow to drive in public streets with your vehicles.
The technician was very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and explained my options.
He was in and out in under 1.5 hours, extremely personable and kind! Will definitely be using in the future. Update to add, our thermostat was reading high again today (same day) and they were back out within 30 minutes of my call. I was greeted by the owner who wanted to just make sure everything was okay. Turned out to be a thermostat issue, but was resolved quickly. I really appreciate them taking the time double checking everything to make sure nothing was missed.
