I’ve used this company several times now, and they’ve always been quick to respond and easy to work with. JaPaul (hope I’m spelling that right!) showed up shortly after I called and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I appreciate the consistent service and fast turnaround. Highly recommend — they’ve definitely earned my repeat business!!
Primary issue was blown fuse. Tech was able to determine the fuse problem quickly. He did not leave it at that, but searched for the wire that was causing the fault. Found the faulty wire, what caused the issue and ensured the issue would not happen again. Very pleased with the service. Will use them again.
Did a great job resolving our issues
Ideal Air sent a technician the same day I called. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed my air conditioner quickly. We will definitely use Ideal Air again.
Updating my review to say this company is still the best! They've been out multiple times and they do regular maintenance on my systems. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Great experience from start to finish. Stephanie was super helpful and friendly. Mike did such a great job explaining what my system needed and the pricing of my various options. Very trustworthy company. No upselling, no BS. Highly recommended.
