Ideal Air came out today for a summer check. I feel confident now about the system making it through the summer! Even though I’m a repeat customer, i was a bit shocked by the price increases. Buy, I trust Ideal and and though the prices were higher, I knew I could expect the best! Ideal Air service is quick and professional! They always show everything they are doing and why! I highly recommend Ideal Air of North Texas!!!
I called Ideal Air and told them I need a new zone control board. Then sent someone out and charged $69 to confirm I needed a zone control board, then said it'd be 6 days to get it installed. I called another company and they came out the same day and replaced it (for almost half the quoted cost).
