I interviewed two local, well-known, highly recommended agents in addition to my Ideal Agent, Lisa. Both of the "well-known" agents recommend I list my house for $750K and expect to receive an offer of closer to $725K. Lisa consistently valued my house at $850K ($100K over the other 2 agents). Our agent Justin exceeded my expectations! Communication was excellent in setting goals for things to be done and checking in along the way to offer suggestions and assistance in getting our house ready to be sold. Was very detail oriented and knowledgeable about repairs that needed to be done and things we didn't need to worry about. He had solutions for all the problems we encountered.
