Complaint: 08/23/2012: Accepting payments with no intention of providing the goods is a fraud. 4 items purchased. Company demanded additional payment to cover their shipping costs. Items never delivered. 14 emails sent inquiring about the order. No responses. Business response: We believe that this customer just like to make fun of us. None of their phone numbers work, and they do not respond to emails. I suggest finding another option for your ribbon and fabric needs if you are not local to their area. I have been very frustrated with trying to return my order and have been unable to get in touch with anyone from the company. Since trying to return my items, I have explored their website further and suspect they may have some fraudulent business behavior.
