Idea First Motorsport is the epitome of courtesy, professionalism and most of all "Impeccable workmanship" with very competitive pricing. I brought my truck here for help installing an amplifier after attempting part of the install myself, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The staff did not seem confident or knowledgeable about properly installing the amp or troubleshooting the setup. Even more concerning, while working on my vehicle they ended up causing issues with my overhead lighting and roof light bar. Very disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment based on the price and service that were discussed beforehand. After arriving and spending nearly two hours of my day, I was then told that because of the previous tint, additional cleanup and panel removal would be required and that the quoted promotional price would not apply to the additional work. Jimmy and the owner, Mike, went out of their way and fixed a technical problem we experienced. I have used them on both of my cars, cameras, adding blind spot detection mirrors on our new Porsche Macan and I know it has prevented serious collisions. I cannot heap enough praise on them.
