Nancy is horrible, I literally left in tears today, completely disrespectful, rude and no care or concerns for the people or their circumstances. This lady should not be in the rehabilitation system at all. If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life been treated like this. The front desk was nice but that’s it.
