'll make this short. There will be no names mentioned so as to preserve the little dignity that's left in these salesmen involved. We went to IDE Honda in Rochester NY to look for a used Honda this past week. The salesman told us of one Honda that was sitting on their lot since October, 2023 (5 1/2 months now). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My mom is older and doesn’t understand when they talk to her about cars. She has a clean honda with over 200k miles that gets regularly maintenance the car works great and she doesnt want a new one. Her a/c wasnt working so we took it to the dealer. They gave her a loner car which the tire was low on air and the registration was expired After 2 weeks we hadnt heard back if her car was ready or not but the oil change on the loner was over 1700 miles.
