Бабушка была записана к подайтристу на11:15, в назначенный день приехали а оказалось что доктор заболел и не вышел на работу, а предупредить не сподобились. Девушка на фрондеске сказала что нам звонили в 8 утра и обэтом стоит отметка. Наглая ложь, если бы нас предупреждали мы бы не ехали. Но звонила не она, а какая то другая, короче все как обычно.
