I just got off the phone with the Indian call center - Too heavily accented, spoke to fast, survey was too complex to be done on the phone Worst part - was told only a couple of minutes - at the 18 minute mark they said we were 80% complete - I disconnected - I hate to be lied to! This survey cost me roughly 5% of my day and exhausted a time slot I could have used for a project status meeting.
