I had a great experience during my consultation at this letterman store. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of my questions. They took the time to explain the customization options and helped me understand the process. The consultation was professional and welcoming, and it made me feel confident about ordering my jacket. I'm excited to see the finished product and would definitely recommend them based on my experience so far!
Great service. I was way overwhelmed when I walked in and Yesenia was soooooo helpful. She held my hands throughout the entire process. One helpful tip to new customers: have an idea of what you want BEFORE you come. There’s a lot to think decide. A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Being such an important purchase, Yesenia was such a pleasure to work with. She helped my daughter through the purchase explaining the patches, different styles all while making her feel confident in her design. Definitely would recommend to other parents!
Went in to get a patch made on 3/31/25 and spoke with this guy who said that he was the owner. I wanted to say "player of the year southern section."Told him what I wanted and took notes and also gave him a sample picture of the idea. I asked him when the patch would be ready, and he said in a week and a half. So I asked if he was going to e-mail me a rendering to aprove, and he said if I do that, it's only going to push the delivery date back. He said that they had been doing this for 30+years.
