I came in on 9/11/24 to order a letterman jacket for my son. I had a tight timeline as I was trying to have it for his senior portraits in a month. The due date was 10/8/24 but I spoke to Jose and understood they had a family medical emergency and I was OK with that being delayed a few days. I was recommended by a friend to this store who also had an excellent experience. They also bought a jacket for their girl. Our jacket came out beautifully. The whole process was easy and they were very helpful . They always offer their point of view when I asked as they are experts . My daughter is very happy with her jacket .
