I had a very horrible experience with this dental office, and I can’t stop regretting choosing this clinic. Last year, I had a root canal on #3, and ever since then, the gum around that tooth would sometimes become swollen. This time, it stayed swollen for over two months. I went back there a few weeks ago, and they assumed #4 was the issue. I have the most painful teeth removal experience in this clinic 2 weeks ago. Dr Liang did not apply proper anesthesia and that horrible pains cause my head down to my toes all tense up and shivering even after an hour when I got home. I will definitely not see her anymore. However, Tracy did good job on my cleaning. Marcus and Gary were very helpful on my implants.

I had a great experience at IDC Dental Ave U when I brought my mom in for her dental implants. The staff and dentist took the time to explain everything clearly—what work she needed, why it was necessary, and what the options were—without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. The office itself is very clean, organized, and well-run. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants or dental care in general.
