Repeat customer. Rob and his team did a great job on our new central air install, down to setting up our WiFi thermostat, and telling us what was installed and how the new system works. . Install date got pushed back a day but that was due to weather completely out of their hands. Feels good to be cool. Great job Rob and team
Long story short: This company has friendly, honest professionals. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends and family. Short story long: I got a new AC unit last year, which unfortunately stopped working last week. IDC sent over Greg to take a look and he was fantastic. He got everything up and running again in no time and I honestly can't thank him enough. Huge shout outs to Greg and the whole team at IDC! You guys are absolute life savers! Many thanks :)
IDC Heating and Cooling have been our go to company for nearly the past 2 decades. We recently had our AC/Furnace replaced by them. They did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time, brought a full crew out and replaced both units. They removed all of the old units and disposed of them. The new units are smaller (A/C) and sleeker. They are so much more efficient and so very quiet. After the install they offered any help we needed to work the unit and if we had any questions to just call.
