IDC Heating and Cooling have been our go to company for nearly the past 2 decades. We recently had our AC/Furnace replaced by them. They did a phenomenal job. They arrived on time, brought a full crew out and replaced both units. They removed all of the old units and disposed of them. The new units are smaller (A/C) and sleeker. IDC has been the best company to deal with in every aspect! Rob is thorough and caring. The a/c was installed quickly and efficiently. The office folks respond promptly and are so helpful. Rob/IDC was recommended to me by a handyman, and I even just thanked him for doing so!
IDC is a wonderful company! They always come out in a timely manner, which is great when your heat isn't working. You can tell they care about their customers.
looks like an install that I did in my trade school. No vent tape at all, no bend in the condensate drain, gets insanely dusty in here and the airflow is just garbage. Things only 2 years old no way it preforms this poorly. Definitely do not choose IDC. Don’t know who did it personally. But they did not send out their best installer that day. Had our fournace serviced and we're very happy with their response time. Our appointment was in the afternoon but we got a call from their repairman early in the morning asking if he could come by since he was in town. Work was done in a timely manner and repairman was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend IDC!
