The management will turn your life into a living hell. They will increase your rent every 6 months, come into your apartment unannounced, refuse to do maintenance, and if you complain they will repeatedly serve you with 3-day pay or quit notices until you give up and leave.
they are not providing reasonable access for those with disabilities by not repairing a broken elevator. this impacts multiple tenants. one of which has fallen down the stairs twice with visible injuries.

We moved here 9 months ago and love it hereThe manager is friendly and professionalAny issues we have had . have been quickly taken care to our satisfactionThe apartments are well soundproofed,we never hear our neighborsHistoric and quaint-well kept up-great downtown location-wonderful bistro and bakery a elevator ride away---we feel fortunate to have foundthis little gem.The rent is reasonable and includes utilities.Love the Idanha!!!
I am writing this in concern for anyone that rents from this building. I leased an apartment for a while and moved because there manegment is very unstable. Their seems to be a lack of care for the tenants and when things need to be taken care of they never are. Take my word for it , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!
Id like to say Im surprised but Ive been dealing with them for a while now and have had nothing but trouble!! When I moved in my bathroom door wouldnt shut because the locks were so old, so when I asked the manager to have maintance fix it, she said that all the locks on the bathroom doors in the building dont work and that no ones bathroom closes...which I dont believe for a second that no one in the building would ever have company over because theyre bathroom doesnt have a closing door. The Idanha building is beautiful...however parklane management company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. There have been so many things wrong with this company, the worst for me happen tonight, Saturday, at 9;30 pm at night. The new manager of the Idanha unlocked and barged into my apartment without permission and while I was in bed. she said she was looking for the new management apartment to move into and was basically checking apartments for it.
