I'm excited that I will be teaching here starting March 11th on Saturdays at 10:30. Kinetic Soul Dance Fit is a high energy Afro-Beat/Afro-Pop Cardio workout!! It's off the chain and you can't stop no matter what. I've taught all over LA and I'm excited to now be in Carson. This past Saturdays sample class after Shirley's class was so fun! I took the 2nd half of Shirley's class to get warm and then jumped into gear and we had a ball. I love this studio!!!!
I DANCE STUDIO Is one great place to go for fitness,you"ll have a place like home treatment bec.thats how people that goes there do like a family & not only this there's a social dancing to try n you'll love it once u tried w/the group.
