Go somewhere else. My table was sticky. My glass was covered in food debris. Can’t believe this place had 4.5 stars. My $50 ribeye was mostly gristle and fat. There was a naked steak on a hot plate. Pay extra for poorly cooked cubed potatoes with cheese they call “au gratin”. There was a half-cold gas station brownie they called a “hot brownie sundae”. Definitely go to another place in Idaho falls, this place is Waaaaaaaay over priced for the trash they are serving.

Rib and Chop House. The first word in the name of the restaurant leads you to believe they should serve up pretty decent ribs. I was in the mood for ribs, having never been there before, I thought it would be fun to try it. Well, the ribs were extremely dry and pretty small for being a full rack of ribs. A restaurant's star rating always depends on the staff that are there during the time you go. In this instance, my husband and I went here for our anniversary and everything we ate was cooked to near perfection and had delicious seasoning. The server, Derek, was kind and attentive. They even gave us a little something for an anniversary dessert which was also super good!
