Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly arborist.
They came out quickly to check my trees and give me an estimate. I agreed to the plan and the price. Since then all I've gotten is being re-scheduled and my appointment moved back. My trees should have been cared for in early spring and I contacted them in March. It's now the last week of May and they still have not managed to come back.

ITP communicated well, were reliable in fulfilling their word, were professional and not in a hurry. They will be my partners in maintaining healthy trees. (They are helping me defeat the lilac ash borers in my purple autumn ash.)
