Absolutely do not go here. They fraudulently started charging the patient out of pocket fees of $189 for a teeth on top of insurance. they claim it's a "deeper clean above the gun line." they conned my poor parents into a $400 bill for what they said felt like regular clean they have done religiously for years. they also did this to not 28-year-old brother. when I questioned this new tactic I was hung up on. My wife and I have been going to Idaho Falls Dental Group every 6 months for over ten years and just love them! The staff and professionals are the most caring and considerate people I know. They have become family.
I love this office! The doctors and staff make you feel welcome and care about their patients. I highly recommend getting your teeth cleaned by Tara! She is gentle, thorough and fun to talk to.
I had my first visit yesterday, and was very impressed. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Jason did a great job of cleaning my teeth: he was very thorough and had a great “chairside” manner. I was also impressed by Dr. Devin’s exam. Overall, a fantastic experience and one of the best dental practices I’ve seen. I’ve found my new dentist in Idaho Falls!!
