I sure wish I could come back, still bummed. Dr. Zarse and Harmony were so great!
I was happily a patient of Russ Harmony for about six months. I requested him specifically after having seen him once before for a different issue. The office staff recently terminated me as a patient with no warning and no ability to appeal. When I called about it the office manager was cruel and treated me as though my period of being an on-time patient who happily paid the steep co-pay (not their fault but my insurance) every single visit and always greeting everyone with kind words and a smile meant nothing at all. My referral was declined no reason they flat out refused to take care of me before I could ever go and a lot of us are experiencing changes in our health care plans and this was the 2nd place that denied me without a Doctor ever speaking to me it’s unfortunate we have to deal with this as a patient yet it’s the reality of our flawed system!
I really enjoy meeting with Russell each time I come in. He answers all my questions clearly and is extremely personable. The staff is also really friendly.
Was seen twice here, completely mislead me about the treatment I could receive and wasted my time not once but twice. Then emailed my primary doctor telling me they would help and falsified the entire conversation I had with them. This place will be quick to deceive you and waste your time you’d get better pain care from Walmart over the counter meds. They have a great sales pitch about injections but if you disagree they want nothing to do with you.
