After months of being in pain, I was finally referred to Idaho Spine and Pain. My consultation was about 2 weeks ago with Russell Harmony and it went great. He was very thorough, answered my questions, very kind, and never made me feel rushed. Then I got scheduled for my lumbar injection today, Aug. 18, 2025 and met with Dr. Karl Zarse, another great Doctor! He explained the procedure, answered my questions and was very kind. There is hope for your back pain! After two years of recovering from a broken back and searching for solutions to chronic pain, I was referred to Idaho Spine and Pain—and I’m so grateful I was. The staff is professional, efficient, and genuinely kind.
