I spent 10 years seeking help for a skin condition, without improvement. It only took 3 minutes for one of the doctors here to diagnose me and give me options for a care plan. They always thoughtfully listen to my questions and offer options that take my concerns into consideration. This is truly the best Derm office I’ve been to, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Dr. Nebeker is a wonderful doctor. The clinic is very efficient. They do a great job with keeping the waiting time lower, especially for a specialist. But, I would never mind a longer or shorter wait, knowing we will have her full attention.
First of all, it was so nice to be able to walk into a warm, welcoming, clinic. The front office staff was friendly and I didn't feel rushed. I was taken to a room at my appointment time and not a minute later and was seen by Dr. Nebeker, with whom I was referred. She listened to me and was able to diagnose my skin condition and told me of several options to treat it. I never felt rushed and she took her time to answer my questions. I recommend Dr. Nebeker!
I chose Idaho Skin Center to erase the lines around my mouth. Eight visits later and $2000 (special at the time), I left with the exact same problem I came in with. I feel like I was duped not only for the service provided, and my time, but $2000! There was no resolution for me.
Dr. Ramsay is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She genuinely cares. I highly recommend her.
