Heidi took her time with me and explained everything. Heidi’s solutions to my wrist pain were great and I left her office feeling confident in the approach. Her office staff is great and I felt very welcomed.
Dr. Nanavati and NP Nanavati, have been nothing short of amazing for me. I had the best experience with them after dealing with another surgeon for my hand. They did everything they could to save my finger from being amputated. They were honest and helped me have realistic expectations for the outcome. I broke the same hand after that and they gladly took care of me, even though the VA insurance doesn't pay very well. They showed that they care about their patients and their well-being, far more than they care about money.
My first interaction was with Heidi n.p. on the phone..she answered all my questions and immediately put me at ease with this group. Dr jason haslam was kind caring and thorough. Explained what he thought was going on and developed a treatment plan. I would strongly recommend this group.
Dr. Haslam repaired both of my severed quadricep tendons. He did a fantastic job and in 2 months I was lunging, walking up and down stairs, and slow jogging. Amazing work!!!
